We will recognize a total of 5 employees for the year 2013:

1 Primary Elementary K4-2nd grade Teacher

1 Intermediate Elementary 3rd-6th grade Teacher

1 CMS Teacher

1 CHS Teacher

1 Support Staff member (paraprofessional, secretary, custodian, or cleaner)

All nominations will be done online using the forms below.  There are two separate forms. The same rules apply as last year. You may not nominate someone who has won in the past 5 years. Please refer to the list of former winners found on the link below. Nominations are due by Friday, May 17th 2013.
