Park View Elementary School is located two miles from the shores of Lake Michigan, in a working-class neighborhood in a quiet suburb of Milwaukee. All members of our school community (including students, staff, families, and the neighborhood) collaboratively strive toward achievement for students in four-year-old kindergarten through sixth grade. School improvement efforts focus on the primary aspects of academic development, home-school-community relations, and student behavior. Specific energy has gone toward improving reading, language arts, and math skills. Families are continually included in this learning process. Positive character traits are reinforced, making Park View a place with high behavioral expectations as well as a place for high academic achievement.
