Registration Of Students New to the School District of Cudahy
Students who are residents of the City of Cudahy must register at their neighborhood school of attendance. We have one high school, one middle school, and five elementary schools.
If you are not sure which elementary school is your neighborhood school of attendance, please call the Administration Building at 294-7400.
You will need the following to register your child in school.
• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Proof of Residency (such as a utility bill or lease agreement)

Please call the school office to set up an appointment to register.
Cudahy Elementary Schools
K4 through Grade 6 – Our elementary schools are closed in the summer, so please call the school secretary beginning mid August to set up an appointment to register. If there is no answer, please leave a message.
